GLAZING AND DIGITAL DECORATION

The enamelling lines, along with their accessories, can turn each tile into a ceramic work of art. The various application machines work both with traditional tiles and large-size slabs, to make the tile visually attractive to anyone. Two systems are used: “waterfall” curtain glazing and “airless” spraying. The “waterfall” curtain glazing system, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, can be used to apply enamels, engobes, crystalline glazes and micro-granules, while spraying operations can be carried out in fixed airless cabins or with mobile “mist” sprayers with a built-in pumping system or, for large formats measuring up to 1800 mm, through raw glazing.
